Did 60 on Saturday and 180 today. Pretty uneventful weekend, just got drunk and didn't work out. My foot is finally feeling like it can handle a few miles so I'm gonna hit the road tomorrow. I'll also get a ripdeck session in to get me jumpstarted for the week. I'd like to get 2k/week while I'm in classes and not waking up at 0350 every morning. I'm also going to try to follow this schedule and hopefully be fast by May:

That looks like a pretty intense training program. If you stick with it I bet you will see some real big improvement. Try to keep your interval times at the start and see how much faster you are at the end.
