It's insane that my abs were still sore today from Monday's ripdeck session. I decided 3 days was enough rest and knocked out another session, improving to 10:50 for the 208 pushups and situps. If my abs ever get back in shape, I'm gonna kill that workout. I guess this is what happens when you ignore a muscle for over 2 months. That's probably the reason why I can't do pullups either. Sigh.

Tomorrow I have my Instruments Check Ride. That probably doesn't mean anything to the 3 readers of this blog but it's just another flying test. These tests are stressful but they represent another step toward graduation and getting the hell out of Alabama so I welcome them with open arms. Wish me luck tomorrow.

I'm thinking its time to leave the nest. It has been great doing this and commenting on here but it is kind of a pain if I want to look back at older days and have to view the comments. Would it still be called a blog if you don't advertise and have no readers?

Its probably a lot more normal for you to work in pushups during lunch than it would be for me to drop in the middle of the office and go to town. I guess I could always flex nuts to shut them up.

I feel sore and fatigued but was able to put in a pretty good bedtime sesh after some pizza and beers.

Shortest month of the year down and for starting from scratch I feel pretty good. I'm going to go back through the comments and put everything into one list to see the progression
