Great Day

Flew like a champ today and was very productive with my homework. I also managed to do 300 pushups and run 5 miles. These will be the last miles before my half marathon. I'm going to run this one socially but the training has made me want to train up and do one for time in the nearish future. My shoulders are still a little creaky but the pushups are coming a bit easier. Just in time for a weekend in New Orleans. Glorious.

Also, it's kind of amazing how weight can fluctuate like mine is right now. I had a huge Mexican dinner so I probably won't go down any further but gaining 7 lbs and losing 5 back immediately is pretty amazing. Let's see how many I can put back on this weekend. 7 lbs or bust.

Traveling killed me. Wednesday I was gone from 8am until midnight and did absolutely nothing but eat and drink. Thursday I thought ahead and did 50 pushups in the morning but then was out and about until my flight that didn't land until 11pm. Need to get back on track this weekend

One set of 60 pushups in the afternoon and a run at night. Started out with the dog but hit .4 miles and she did something to her foot. So I had to walk her home and then went back out on my own. I hadn't run in about a week but my shin was bothering me some. Then I cleaned up dog vomit at 3am, because I think she ate a chicken bone after dinner. Joy

Must be hard to blog during drinking sessions this weekend :)

Need to make some hay on pushups and spread them out throughout the day. 35,35,30 am 35,30,30,30 afternoon 25,25,25 evening 25, 25, 25, 25 before bed
