I'm in a secret location this weekend. Today, I ate my weight in food and drank my weight in beers. Went to some awesome bars and ate some awesome pizza. Yesterday I did 190 pushups and today I did 120. No running or pill ups, blah. Will add the totals later.

I spread out 350 pushups in sets between 30-40 throughout the day and took the dog for a run in the morning.
Pushups - 350 / 2430 YTD
Pull ups - 0 / 275 YTD
Running - 3.5 / 18.96 YTD
Treadmill - 0 / 2 YTD
Elliptical - 0 / 14.5 YTD
Run total - 35.46 YTD
5 sets of 30 spread out through the day. And jumped on the elliptical we have at the house for a half hour while everyone else was napping. It will be interesting to see how the elliptical cardio translates into helping for running.
Getting ready to head out to Denver for work. Might try to meet up with Swass and some other friends who live out there so I don't know how much working out I'll get done
